The warranty applies only to the original purchaser (the person who has purchased the product directly from app.pixpaq.in) and is non-transferable.
app.pixpaq.in will not be responsible for product malfunction or non-operation caused by:
Problems occurring in the projector lens, LCD panel, polarizer glass, or motherboard due to excessive usage, dust accumulation, or burn damage are not covered under warranty. Repairs for such issues will be chargeable.
Dust accumulation is not covered under warranty. If the issue cannot be resolved through online troubleshooting and the customer still requests service for a dust-related issue, the customer must send the projector to our service center for inspection and resolution.
Warranty for Motorized Screens is valid for 6 months only.
The warranty covers only the functional performance of the product. It does not cover cosmetic or external components such as plastic covers, glass parts, accessories, outer casing, connectors, antenna wires, cables, consumables, or normal wear and tear.
All products include the manufacturer's warranty wherever applicable. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and may be serviced directly by the manufacturer or brand.
The User confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to place an order or make payments through this website.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules thereunder, including any amendments relating to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

Requests for order cancellations must be submitted through app.pixpaq.in or by emailing support@pixpaq.in.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.
If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User (such as incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.), any additional delivery or re-delivery charges incurred by app.pixpaq.in shall be payable by the User.
app.pixpaq.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other valid reason. This right applies even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the User.
