Product Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.
• Product prices may change without prior notice due to promotions, supplier pricing, or market conditions.

Discounts & Offers

• Promotional offers, coupon codes, and discounts are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
• Only one promotional offer or coupon may be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
• Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been successfully placed.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be available on selected products, offers, or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment)

To minimize fraudulent and unclaimed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, app.pixpaq.in requires an advance payment for eligible COD orders.

• The required advance payment amount will be clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout.
• The remaining order amount must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
• Your order will be processed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.
• The advance payment confirms your order and helps cover shipping, packaging, and logistics costs.
• If the customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, or the shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons, the advance payment will not be refunded.
• If app.pixpaq.in cancels the order before dispatch due to product unavailability or any issue on our end, the advance payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.

By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you acknowledge and agree to this Advance Payment Policy.

Taxes

All applicable taxes, including GST, are included in the product price unless otherwise specified.

Pricing Errors

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, occasional technical or typographical errors may occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system, technical, or human error, app.pixpaq.in reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order, even after payment has been received. In such cases, any payment made by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Confirmation

Receiving an order confirmation email or payment confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Orders are confirmed only after successful verification and dispatch.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled by app.pixpaq.in before dispatch or cannot be fulfilled for any reason attributable to us, any eligible payment, including the advance payment, will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
